Hannah Anzaldo Hale is an actress from New Jersey, by way of Astoria, Queens. She hails from a theatrical family, and is a fourth generation theatrical labor union member. Self-proclaimed princess of the bridge n' tunnel, she is now based in NYC.
Her recent work includes: Ardor, by Matthew Gasda, at BCTR; Nicki in Cimino's Defeat at ADULT FILM; Anya in Michael! an adaptation of Platonov with Garden Variety. Hannah also produced Moonshiner, a new Sofia Coppola-esque play by Lillian Mottern, directed by Danica Selem, also at ADULT FILM. She leads the upcoming indie feature I WANT TO WATCH, directed by Cody Kostro, to be released in 2027. She recently wrapped on the upcoming short PLAYING SHAKESPEARE, directed by Emik David, starring Will Brill, Ansel Elgort, Josh Pais, and others.
Hannah has also taken part in several staged readings and workshops, including: The Gingerbread Lady with Jessica Hecht, Wilma (Abby Rosebrock) at Manhattan Theatre Club, and Acting School (Kathleen Tolan) at Ensemble Studio Theater. She starred in the two-hander play Less Than 50%, written by and also starring viral comedian Gianmarco Soresi at 59E59, produced by New Light Theatre Project. She received her BFA in acting from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University, where she spent a year abroad studying at Shakespeare's Globe in London. Additionally, for her experience in NYC stripping and night life, Hannah was asked to be creative consultant on the Academy Award winning cult-hit film, ANORA, directed by Sean Baker. She is currently developing a solo show about her own experiences as an actress/stripper/nanny in Manhattan.
Currently, Hannah is playing MARIE in select performances of WOYZECK, produced by ADULT FILM and directed by Seth Bockley.
